Sony Vegas PRO 11 and 12 VERSION (You MUST use the '(Legacy) Text' plugin in the media generators tab for these effects to work, and make sure you check 'Draw shadow' and set 'feather' to 1.000, X offset to around 0.400, Y offset to around 0.030 (give or take depending on text placement).
